Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY/ENTRIES: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal United States resident to enter. Entries will be limited to one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes begin at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time PST on April 5, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on May 5, 2023 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received through our official website: www.barkevs.com during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Participants will be required to provide their full name and email address upon entry to the giveaway. All personal information collected through this sweepstake will be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

SWEEPSTAKES WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Fifty (50) Sweepstakes winners will be selected through a random drawing among all eligible entries. Under the supervision of Barkev's Inc. Sweepstakes Administrator, all entries will be reviewed based on the Official Sweepstakes Rules received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes winners will be notified via email. Sponsor claims no liability for any winner notification that is not received or lost by a potential winner for any reason. Any changes in email address information must be notified to the Sweepstakes Administrator before the Sweepstake Period ends. The Sweepstake winner’s name and last name initials will be announced and published on the Official Sweepstake page after the Sweepstakes Period between May 8-12, 2023. Prizes in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.

PRIZE DETAILS: 

GRAND PRIZE (1 winner): $1,000 with a minimum purchase of $1,500

2nd-10th place (9 winners): $500 gift certificate with a minimum purchase of $1,000

11th-30th place (20 winners): $300 gift certificate with a minimum purchase of $1,000

301st-50th place (20 winners): $200 gift certificate with a minimum purchase of $1,000

Winners will receive an email notification of the prize specified. The gift certificate code is a ONE TIME use only, winner must have a minimum purchase of the amount specified above in order for the codes to be redeemed. Once the gift certificate has been used, the use of the same certificate again will be invalid. Coupon credits are valid for the rest of the year 2023 to be redeemed by the winner.

TERMS AND LIMITATIONS: No transfer or substitution of the prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize/offer of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control of the Sponsor. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
